This is when you wish to use your existing email account, and simply have the email of your domain forwarded to it.

Open "Outlook " and from the top menu select "Tools/Email Accounts".

Select "View or Change existing email accounts".

Select the account you use for your email and then click on 'Change". (Older version of Outlook may call this Properties.)

Now in this window simply change your name and email to what you want to be displayed to others.

Then click on "More Settings".

Just give the account a name you will recognize and add the reply address to what you want displayed.

No press OK until you are just back to your normal program. The best way to test how it looks is to send an email to yourself. If you want to change something, just start again and edit as you wish.
