Stationery

CHANGE
YOUR MESSAGE FORMAT TO HTML:
- In Outlook
Express, click the Tools menu, click Options, and
then click the Send tab.
- Under Mail
Sending Format, click HTM for Mail and/or News.
- Click OK

Also
make sure you have set you default mail setting to HTML as directed
previously in Step 1.
- Saving the
Stationery;
With this email you have received 2 attachments. There will be one
called yourcompanynameestationery.htm and 1 yourcompanynameestationery.jpg/gif.
- Double click
on this email to open it fully.
- Go to the File
menu and select Save Attachments.

- Now click on
the Browse button and browse to your C drive.
- Continue to
browse to C:\Program Files \ Common Files \ Microsoft Shared
\ Stationery.

- Click on OK
- Then click
on Save to save the attachments into this folder.
- Close the email
and return to Outlook Express.
- OK and
you are done saving.
TO
SET YOUR STATIONERY AS DEFAULT FOR ALL NEW EMAIL:
- On the Tools
menu, click Options, and then click the Compose tab.
- Tick the Mail
and/or News check box.
- Click on Select
and choose the file called 'yourcompanynameeStationery.htm' and
click OK to return to the Options dialogue box.
- Click OK
again to return to Outlook

TO
USE YOUR eSTATIONERY WITH ON REQUEST:
- From the Message
menu select New Message Using and select 'yourcompanynameeStationery.htm'.
TEST
YOUR NEW STATIONERY AS DEFAULT FOR ALL NEW EMAILS;
Create
a new email message and the email will now open using your new stationery.
TO
TURN OFF STATIONERY;
Go
to the Tools menu/option/Mail Format tab/Stationery Picker and
deselect the check box.
